Who you are buying from

Well Done Guides is an independent publisher based in the Netherlands. Payment, invoicing and file delivery are handled by Payhip Ltd on this site's behalf; Payhip's own terms of service apply to the checkout.

The products

Every product is a digital file (PDF) for personal use. After payment you receive a download link by email. You may keep the file on your own devices and print it for yourself. You may not resell, share or publish the files or their contents.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. If you buy from an EU country, VAT at your country's rate is added at checkout, where the total is shown before you pay.

Delivery

The download link is sent by email, usually within a minute of payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then send a message through the contact page.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because the files are delivered immediately, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download has started, as you confirm at checkout. If a file does not open or is not what its page described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Accuracy

Nutrition values in the cookbooks are estimates per serving. Ovens and ingredients differ, so check food-safety temperatures with a thermometer. The food photos are created with AI image tools, so your dish may look a little different.

Law

Dutch law applies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
